Battle topics

For private battle topics we need only check it every now and then to ensure the rules are being followed, unless asked to check by someone in the topic we are really just checking periodically. As for character death, if you are asked to verify a death then you must read the topic and agree. If you truly do not believe the character was killed then that is your ruling, dont back down to whiners.

EVENT battles and topics will require very regular checking, to ensure that the turn order is being followed, that everyone is active and that the rules are being followed.

Once again this is obvious really but i thought i would say it anyway.
