Gray Arrival (Open)

Solomon sighed as he over viewed his division from his office. The divisions had been fluctuating a lot recently. Even his lieutenant got demoted and that disappointing him. The young man was very intelligent. Solomon sighed again.

He was wearing his normal short black leather vest, with the gray and brown fur lacing. On his feet were steel toed black boots, ever so lightly spiked on the soles. His shirt was of black mesh that did not allow anything to be seen behind it. His pants were jeans, of the black variety. Very loose, and slightly to long for him. His belt has a simple gray, the buckle the same color, but with a dragon fighting a shark on it. His hair was longer than usual, having grown out a bit, but his cold green eye's remained the same. The large scar on his face a constant fear inducer in the new recruits.

He got up and walked out of his office. Mina, Hanako, and the rest just up and were gone. Probably had something to do with that anomaly. He slowly made his way out of his division head quarters, leaving it behind him for today. He usually did his own paperwork, but today, he assigned some no-seaters to do it for him. As he stepped outside he moved each sheath of the Blades of Neutrality. His left handed one, the black blade, was on his right hip. The right handed one, the white blade, was at a ninety degree angle on his back. Good. He was set to go find another captain to train with him, or at least let him blow some steam. He stepped out to begin his walk.

Over fifteen hundred years of life. He was currently the oldest captain, and with Old man Yamamoto gone, he was the Oldest in Serientei. He had endured thousands, upon thousands of battles. Hundreds of near death experiences. Even with his natural strength and exceptionally high spiritual pressure, he was not perfect. Anyone who had lived that long meets with death on multiple occasions. Death was nothing new, Commitment to his duty was nothing new. Hundreds of Shinigami in his own division picked at random felt the same. Solomon was nothing new, just a young looking flavor of an old one. What brought him apart from the crowd. Was he survived. He lived where all his friends had failed. No one he knew as a child in the Academy is alive now, spare for the old man, who is MIA. He is the only one. A survivor of a generation which no longer exists. Took a Toll on a man.
