Rules concerning gaining Bankai,Shikai

Alright now i know that nearly everyone wants a bankai and shikai but unfortunately not everyone can have one. They are restriceted to ranks that are powerful enough to have gained them. For instance a 5th seat can not have a bankai..it is that simple. I will outline the requirements for these abilities here. If you would like to make a special request then please by all my means pm me or one of my lovely and dutiful moderators/admin members xD (^-^)

Bankai: Only captains may have Bankai's, occasionally as deemed appropriate a couple of lieutenants might be allowed to have them. Although in general only captains or those of equivalent power levels may have Bankai.

Shikai: Lieutenants and seated officers can have shikai.
