Just Another Day In Paradise [Open]

Utterly exhausted from the day's previous events, Yachiru decided to take her own little day off and head out to the Shinigami's Health Spa to relax in the spa's hotsprings. Ater an hour of getting lost, she managed to end up right in front of the large building. She giggled and walked in. The place was surprisingly empty. Even better. She smiled and tosses some money to the receptionist at the spa and told her she was going to head to the hotspriongs. The woman just sighed and waved Yachiru on. She bowed and thanked the woman, then headed down to the outdoor springs. Luckily all the pathways were labeled.

Upon arriving at a rather large spring, Yachiru couldn't help squealing in delight. She couldn't remember the last time she had been here. She stripped down and folded her clothes neatly, taking special care of Kenpachi's haori. She placed it on top of the pile, then laid the pile on a chair. She took a towel from a rack and wrapped it around her now naked form before making her way to the water. Taking it one step at a time, she slowly entered the spring, left foot first, then her right foot, then her bottom, then as she let out a long sigh of satisfaction, she sank into the steaming bath. The water came up to her collarbones as she laid her head back on the edge of the spring. She closed her eyes and relaxed, savoring the soothing hot water as it enveloped her body.

After a particularly long day, on top of the events that happened between him and Yachiru, Envy could use some nice relaxation time at the spa. So, he entered the spa and glared at the first woman he saw. "Listen here, I'm going into the hot springs" he said in a rude manner as he didn't even wait for her to reply as he went to the hot springs and opened the door, closing it behind him. He stripped down, showing his slender and athletic form as he grabbed a towel and wrapped it around his body as he stepped into the water, throwing the towel off of him before he got it wet as he sat down into the nice, warm spring bath and sighed a soft sigh as he laid back and enjoyed the soothing waters of the hot springs, not seeing Yachiru.

Yachiru's eyes shot open when she heard noises within the springs, followed by a splash across the room. She blinked and swam her way across the spring to find who she least expected to be there. Ki-Kun..? Ki-Kun!! She squealed and pounced on the man, tackling him into the water. She never would have expected to find Envy here. He hated places like this, but she was happy he was there, made obvious by how tightly she hugged him.

His eyes shot open as he heard a familiar voice call him by a familiar nickname before he yelped in shock as someone jumped onto him and hugged him so hard he fell back into the water. After coming up out of the water and spitting some of it out, he rubbed the water that made it's way into his eyes and stared at the person who practically tackled him into the water. "Ya-Chan, don't fucking do that. You almost scared the shit out of me" he said with an obviously fake glare. Why was it obvious? That was because Yachiru could see by the twinkle in his eyes that he was happy to see her.

Yachiru blinked and looked at him with a bemused expression as he scolded her, then simply giggled. You're funny, Ki-Kun. She smiled and moved the sopping wet locks of hair out of his face, then kissed his forehead. Like usual, his scolding never seemed to phase her. She perched herself on his lap, facing him, then began to play with his hair. She giggled as she put the spikey locks in elaborate designs and knots, then let go to watch his hair seem to pop back into it's normal fashion. She was easily amused.

"Heh, what do you find so amusing about my hair that you always have to play with it Ya-Chan?" he asked her with an amused grin on his face as he brushed a strand of pink hair out of Yachiru's eyes and kissed her forehead. God, Yachiru was just so perfect to him and to know that she was his girlfriend made him all the happier.

Yachiru giggled and continued to play around with Envy's hair while he spoke. She then stopped for a moment to think about an answer. I dunno, Ki-Kun. You just remind me of a tree. I get to decorate you for Christmas and put presents all around you! Just don't eat all the candy canes like you did last year...and the year before that..AND the year before that! She giggled and lightly kissed his forehead when he moved the hair out of her face, then cuddled up against his chest while they soaked in the warm water, a content sigh passing her lips.

He chuckled at her comment and smirked at her as he responded. "Aw come on, those things are fucking delicious though Ya-Chan. Besides, you should count yourself really fucking lucky since you're the only person that can really say you have a living Christmas Tree, unlike all the other unlucky shitheads in the world" he shot back at her with a grin as he laid back against the hot springs, positioning himself so that Yachiru was laying against his chest.

She smiled and looked up at him as he spoke, then giggled at his words. At least you're easier to store away when Christmas is over, Ki-Kun. She grinned and nudged him slightly before poking at the skull around his neck. She squeaked and jerked her hand back when she accidentally poked the macabre ornament in one of its empty eye sockets. She then giggled and poked it some more.

He grinned as he watched Yachiru play around with the real human skull that was attached to a necklace around his neck, like she usually did. He found it odd that Yachiru wasn't disgusted that the skull was that of his older sister's, who made his childhood as miserable as possible. Most girls and even most people would find it both disgusting AND disturbing. However, as he thought that to himself, he had to remind himself that Yachiru wasn't like most girls or most people and that's why he loved her so much. She never judged him for his past transgressions or actions and accepted him for all of the good things about him and the bad things about him, accepted him for who he was.

Yachiru continued to play with the skull for a little bit longer, then finally left it alone. She sat up on Envy's lap and stretched a bit, then quickly grasped her towel before it fell off. She giggled and wrapped it tighter around her body, then laid back against Envy's chest. Her eyes slowly drifted shut as another relaxed sigh passed her lips. She crossed her hands over her stomach and nearly drifted off to sleep on Envy.

"Getting sleepy Ya-Chan? I know I'm an excellent pillow and all but I didn't I was that fucking comfy" he said with a smirk as he managed to reach his robe and pulled out a strawberry flavored lollipop, placing it in his mouth, making his smirk seem a little more, as he would say, 'badass' as he ran a hand through Yachiru's soft, silky smooth pink hair. He wondered how Yachiru could keep her hair so soft. He would need to ask her that so he could do the same thing. He wasn't too concerned with his looks and all but he was sure Yachiru would appreciate the silky feel of his hair.

While she slept, she began to dream of her past with Kenpachi. She shifted slightly, a faint whimper passing her lips as her memories bounced around to the day Kenpachi disappeared during the Phenomenon. Tears began to stream down her cheeks as her memories played back the moment where she awoke to find herself eleven years older, and alone. Ken..Kenny... She continued to mutter his name in her sleep, her heart still grieving over her missing "Father." She shifted once more on Envy's lap, her left hand now gripping his right shoulder. She always seemed so bubbly and cheery on the outside, but inside she was hurting. Nobody ever saw it because of how well she hid it.

Envy's ears twitched as he heard Yachiru mumble someone's name in her sleep. The person's name started with Ken. Ken, Kenny, oh, KENPACHI!. He stared at her with a hint of sadness, knowing from talking with Yachiru a lot that Kenpachi was her father figure and that he went missing. Deciding to comfort her, he wrapped his arms around her in a hug to help offer some solace while she slept.

Yachiru laid still the moment she felt the warmth of Envy's embrace. A faint smile returned as she lightly nuzzled his chest. She seemed to relax a bit more now as Envy held her. Her tears stopped, along with the faint mumbling. Even when sleeping, she felt calmed by Envy, even when he made everyone else restless. She loved being around him. She slept soundly in his arms for almost an hour before her eyes fluttered open, her dark pink hues glancing up at Envy. She smiled softly and slowly sat up on his lap. She stretched and yawned before relaxing her body once more. I hope I wasn't out for too long. I'm sorry if you got uncomfortable, Ki-Kun..

"Nah, it's perfectly fine Ya-Chan. Feel free to use me as a pillow anytime you want" he said with a smirk on his face, the lollipop stick reaching the end of his lips that twitched upwards as they formed the usual smirk that appears on his face. Yachiru knows very well that if it was for her, Envy would do anything. After all, he told her so a lot for the past +400 years that they knew each other.

Yachiru giggled and patted Envy's chest. Not a bad pillow at all, Ki-Kun! A bit bony though. She grinned and poked his sternum as she spoke, then grabbed her own chest. You need cushioning like this! People tell me I have nice pillows for some reason...They're definately soft like pillows! She giggled in amusement as she unwittingly fondled herself right in Envy's face. She really shouldn't have spent time around Rangiku when she was younger. She picked up a few bad habits that she saw as harmless.

Envy suffered a full body twitch as Yachiru fondled herself right in his face. "Ya-Chan, first of all, them making comments on your 'pillows' are bad comments, very bad. They were being....perverted and sleazy, as the terms go and doing that Ya-Chan is not an innocent thing. That is called fondling and it is a bad thing to do" he lectured her as he wagged his finger in disapproval. He was going to find those assholes who dared to make such nasty comments about Yachiru and beat them to unconsciousness with a shovel as soon as he found them but goddamn the sight of Yachiru fondling herself was very pleasing to the eye.

Yachiru's eyes widened, a squeak escaping her has she quickly placed her hands on her lap. Sorry, Ki-Kun! But wait...was it a bad thing when you grabbed them like that? She blinked and tilted her head to the right slightly, her innocent expression returning as she grew curious. She was then distracted by the skull again. She giggled and lightly poked its bony forehead a couple times before looking back at Envy, still awaiting an answer.

"No because we are together Ya-Chan. Grabbing them and doing that in private, just between us is perfectly fine but doing it public is a bad thing" he said with a slight perverted grin as he watched the beautiful pinkette play with the skull. He never took the skull off as because it was living proof of him extracting his revenge on his tormentors. Yachiru didn't seem to mind it, since she got a lot of amusement out of it.

Oooohh...Okay, Ki-Kun! She giggled to herself and went from playing to the skull to playing with his hair again. She then blinked and leaned in, pressing her lips to his. She figured she'd try her hand at initiating a kiss this time, instead of waiting for him to kiss her. His lips tasted sweet due to the strawberry candy. She almost giggled, but supressed it.

He blinked when he felt her lips on his and kissed her back, running a hand through her hair. This was very different to him. Usually, he was the one to initiate a kiss. He guessed she wanted to be the one to initiate it for a change. No matter the reason, it didn't matter because it just made him happy that he was able to taste the butterscotch flavored lips of Yachiru.

Yachiru held the kiss for a moment, then slowly pulled away. She found herself blushing a little as she looked into Envy's eyes, then smiled softly. She giggled and lightly tapped his lips with her right index finger. You taste like strawberries, Ki-Kun. She giggled and kissed his forehead before draping her arms over his shoulders.

"Oh? Well you taste like butterscotch" he said with a smirk on his face as he rubbed her lips with his index finger before poking her in the forehead with it affectionately. Butterscotch was an OK flavor but when that flavor was on any part of Yachiru, the flavor was became one of his absolute favorites.

Yachiru blinked and looked up at his finger as it prodded her forehead, then giggled. She grabbed his hand and brought her lips, then bit his index finger, trapping it in her mouth. She let out a muffled laugh and playfully nibbled on his finger. She then let go of his hand and sat up a little more, keeping a strong grip on her towel so it wouldn't fall off while she squirmed about on Envy's lap.
